3% ACCRUAL FOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
SMC Networks will accrue Market Development Funds (MDF) for your organization to be used towards business
building activities that help educate and train your customers and employees. Or, if you choose, these funds
can be used for joint co-op advertising to your customer database. Activities from these funds must be
